Hello,
Brackets are not a problem on our Nagios (and Centreon).
For exemple, we check SQL services like this : !nt_serv!"SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher (InstanceNAME)"
As you can see, service contain brackets, and we use " " in Centreon.
