1) Try add parameters /fd to Capture image action - Command-line parameters, like:

/fd /b /d:0 /rb:0 /f:\\192.168.0.12\Shared\win8.1\win81.TBI

The VBOOT action will always fail if you PXE Boot computers to run the template. The VBOOT action is used when the template is scheduled to a computer that is running the LANDESK agent. The VBOOT action copies WINPE to the computer and reboots it into WINPE to run the template.
