From the ldprovision.log snippet you posted, it looks like an error occurs when it calls ConfigHandler. Can you please gather and post the remaining Provisioning logs? Since your screenshot indicates you've rebooted into Windows, they should be at C:\Ldprovision. If this directory does not exist, please open your Provisioning template to edit, click on 'Options' on the left hand column, and uncheck 'Remove client provisioning folder'. Next run the provisioning task again and the ldprovision directory should be created and remain after the test. Send me the logs within the ldprovision directory.
