I found this post that talks about putting a %% rather than % and the processor will leave it. This seems to have worked, I stopped getting the injection error... now I have different problems, but I don't think it's to do with the injection. I tried it before, but I don't think that I understood how I have to update the imported file (I was changing the file I pointed to when I imported, but the import uses a different copy). Anyway I edited my script and made all the %'s doubles and it processed successfully.
