If you're on version 10.0.0.271 that means you're on the vanilla release of LDMS 2016.
You may want to update to 2016.3 (major update) and apply a more recent service update (such as SU5).
To download the major update, check this location here -- Download the Latest Service Pack for Ivanti / LANDESK Software Products -- and once updated, you can download SU 5 from patch content or request it from support. See also this article -- How to download and install Service Updates (SU) !
Do note that one of the key changes that 2016.3 introduces is that PXE-reps are now part of CSEP (Client Self Electing Platform) -- essentially, rather than statically defining PXE reps, you now have the option of those things being determined in a self-managing way (thus being a lot more resilient as well).
