i had the Same Problem, you must Update the WinPe Image to 10.0.17134.1 (1803).

see here: How to: Update your boot.wim and boot_x64.wim to newer versions of Windows 10

and then you must the ASMedia USB Extended Host Controller Driver installed with dism.
