I have ran into this issue as well. Some are not able to remove. However I have figured out after I manually run "Windows Store" updates and then run the script again they are removed. Maybe there is a script to force updates. If they are scheduled for update they will not remove with script, in my experience. I would also like to know how to remove Windows Store apps from all users perm. Each time you log in with a new profile I have to run the script again to remove them. Adware from MS how annoying.
