I have finally succeeded in deploying ESXi 5.1 through LANDesk PXE Service.
I wanted to load a linuxPE image, but loading directly ESXi installer is easier.
For those who want to make the same : don't use LANDesk MFTPD, use TFTPD32, otherwise it will not work.
