Jaericho -- do you have the chipset driver for the E5440 in your HII driver library?
This set of drivers (for a few Dell E54xx models) have caused us issues when in the HII driver library. We had to setup them up as a SWD package and then use an assigned driver with an additional HII task in the System Configuration section of the provisioning templates.
