Yes it is possible but not using the standard wizard items for capturing. You would need to use something like map drive and execute file to deplicate this process and modify the command lines yourself to point to the right location.
Consider as well that if the drive letter is different for the system then you might be best wrapping this in a script of some kind batch, autoit etc that would prompt for a drive letter and use that in the command line.
