On your Capture source machine it won't boot because the wrong partition got marked as active. Use Diskpart to mark the Recovery partition as active not the partitition with the OS installed. This all happens because in the script Landesk makes there is a line with assvol in it that makrs the OS drive as Active. My opinion is this is a leftover from XP days.
For your Deploy, Sysprep is supposed to remove the drivers, you'll have to use HII imaging to reload drivers on the image during Sysprep.
