I found out it has to do with the capture setting "Specify which partition is the System or C Drive: I had to set it to 3. UEFI Volume (100MB)System Volume (100MB)OS Volume (XXGB)

Nice find on the fix. As a side note I would suggest you start looking into provisioning over OS Scripts as there is more flexibility in provisioning. It can take some time to get started but in v9.6...
