Add a Wait action in your template before the HII action with plenty of time. Run the template. When it gets to the Wait action, check to see if there is a LDDRIVERSSTORE folder in the Windows folder on the drive that the OS was deployed to and if it exists, delete it then continue the template. If the HII database is in the image you are deploying it will use it instead of downloading the HII database which has the latest updates you made.
