I think the key here lies in the error "An error occurred while releasing interface Loopback Pseudo-interface 1 : The system cannot find the file specified"
This is definitely not normal.
This Microsoft discussion talks about the article. In this case it appears it was an issue with the router.
However, the most likely cause is that the network driver is still likely not 100% correct.
Could you perhaps test in a very controlled environment? Maybe with a simple switch that everything is connected to?
It could also perhaps be a setting on your DHCP server.
