Yes PXE Rep had both  boot.wim & bootx64.wim. Had to reimage it for another test.  If I booted PXE Legacy Mode it got the boot.wim, if selecting UEFI PXE Boot IPv4 I got no response from the PXE...

I checked and couldn't find that registry entry. I will manually copy the msi and re-deploy, fingers crossed

It Worked!! So that was the issue osdrep.msi.... Laszlo I suggest you try the suggestion from bcstringAnd make sure you perform the provisioning task on the imported machine

Laszlo, That file should definitely be there.  Can you remove the PXE rep and manually delete the PXE folder on the rep and then reinstall and see if it's there? If not definitely get a support case...
