If you launch ldprovision.exe with no parameters from the client in Windows or WinpE you will get the Provisioning GUI menu with "Public" templates that can be selected.

Edit: depending on what version you are on, Provisioning now does Conditional Statements, so you might not even need a "menu" and you could trigger a role / configuration set based on a trigger (Registry key, File, WMI, etc.) and launch a template within a template automatically without the need for interruption.
